Not Your Mama’s Birth Bundle Doula Package
Everything you need, nothing you don't. One clean, wraparound plan that covers birth and postpartum without piecing together add-ons.
Full doula package included:
Initial Consultation (free), 30 minutes
Unlimited phone, email and text support throughout pregnancy and first week postpartum.
Two prenatal home meetings which include labour and postpartum education/prep (meeting up to 5 hours, split between 2 meetings).
Teach comfort measures and massage techniques
Develop a birth plan
On call 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth.
Continuous labour support at home or hospital (no matter the length, 2-30+ hours) *if passed the 18 hour mark, Kayla will need to have a 6 hour sleep break.
Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after birth - at home or hospital.
One postpartum home visit to discuss your birth, answer questions and provide resources (Up to 1.5 hours maximum).
Birth pool rental.

Do bundles include travel?
Travel fees apply by distance for in-home visits and deliveries, always shared with you upfront.
