Massages

Registered massage therapy for pregnancy, postpartum, and the plain old need to be taken care of. Come as you are.

Why it helps

Benefits of Prental Massage

Reduces Stress

Pregnancy and new motherhood pile on a lot. Massage helps your nervous system downshift so your body can finally exhale.

Relieves Discomfort

Back and hip pain, sciatica, rib tension, headaches, the aches that come with growing and carrying a baby. We work the spots that need it most.

Improves Circulation

Gentle, targeted work helps ease swelling, restless legs, and that heavy, tired feeling in your body.

Better Sleep

When your body is this tense and this tired, rest is hard to come by. Massage helps you unwind enough to actually sleep.

Well-being

This is your hour. A chance to be cared for instead of doing the caring, and to feel like yourself again.

What it feels like

Your Time on My Table

So much changes during pregnancy and after birth, and it's easy to forget that you deserve care too. Time on my table is a chance to let your shoulders soften, your mind quiet, and your body be supported in every sense of the word. It's more than relief from aches and tension. It's a moment to feel nurtured, safe, and deeply cared for, because when you're constantly pouring into everyone else, you deserve a place where someone is pouring back into you.

Your options

The Massage That Meets You Where You Are

Prenatal Massage

Focused relief for the aches of pregnancy: back and hip pain, swelling, restless legs, muscle cramps, and headaches. Tailored to exactly what your changing body needs.

Postpartum Massage

Rest and compassionate touch that isn't coming from a baby or a toddler. We ease the aches of feeding, carrying, and co-sleeping, support c-section recovery, and give you space to set down the new-mom anxiety for a while.

Sensory Massage (a nervous-system reset)

The one where you get to completely check out. A slow, mostly silent treatment with essential oils, heat, and scalp and facial massage using luxury products, designed to signal your nervous system into calm. Pure rest, with no pressure to take care of anyone or anything.

Is this you?

Who It's For

This is for you if you're pregnant and dealing with back and hip pain, swelling, restless legs, cramps, or headaches. It's for you if you're postpartum and craving rest and compassionate touch that isn't from a baby, plus relief from the aches of feeding, carrying, co-sleeping, or c-section recovery. And it's for you if you simply need to check out, leave everything at the door, and be truly taken care of for once.

And if you can't come without your baby, come with your baby. Most little ones sleep through a good part of the treatment, and when they don't, I've got years of experience keeping them happy. There's always a baby swing, change table, and playpen ready.

What to Expect

What massage services does Birch & Belly offer?

Prenatal massage, postpartum massage, and a sensory nervous-system reset, offered in 45, 60, and 75 minutes sessions. If you're not sure which one fits, just ask and we'll figure it out together.

How do I prepare?

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, come hydrated, and try not to eat a big meal right before. Give yourself time to find us and pay for parking. We'll always chat before we begin, so I understand your goals and anything I should know about your health before we start.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, always. If you can, feed them before you arrive, and bring any toys or snacks that keep them happy. Between the baby swing, change table, playpen, and my years of practice, we'll make it work.
